Our Super Ad...

How often are you communicating via video? There are three general ways to communicate. Written, Verbal, Visual. It's not shocking to know that writing is my preference. I don't necessarily prefer consuming written information; I'm more visual. Weirdly, I have more "formal training" in video, yet it's the method I use least. This past month I've challenged my default setting and have begun to use video more frequently.

Consider how you prefer to give and receive information. Karl Bimshas Consulting has assessments (scroll down) that can illuminate you if you don't know. If you are not feeling heard or seen, consider changing your approach. Instead of words on a page, try putting pictures on a screen. Instead of sending a text, try a voice note. Find that you ramble? Get your thoughts on paper. This month, experiment with different styles and see what happens.
